›  Rice: 1 cup
›  Urad dal: 1/2 cup
›  Tomato Crush: 1 cup
›  Chilli powder: 1 tbsp. 
›  Salt: As per taste
›  Ghee: 3 tbsp. 

Method of preparation

  1. Take a pan and add rice and urad dal. Dry roast these ingredients for flour purpose. After five minute, leave it cool down and then proceed to make a fine, smooth powder.
  2. Take a small bowl and add flour, red chilli powder, 3 tablespoons of ghee, salt to taste and I cup Tomato Crush.
  3. Mix the above ingredients well and create a dough out of it. Then, keep aside for a few minutes.
  4. Take a deep fry pan, pour oil and let it heat. We can then make a shape of Kurkure with the help of a muruku maker kit. Add it to the oil and deep fry till it turns red. In a matter of minutes, your Tomato Crush Kurkure is ready to eat!
