Method of preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and capsicum to it.
  2. Fry the ingredients till you obtain brownish-red onions.
  3. Add the masala-based ingredients such as salt, chilli powder, pepper, turmeric powder and sauté it well.
  4. Add Tomato Crush and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add paneer [fried separately in a pan in ghee, with salt and turmeric powder] to the prepared masala in the pan and sauté it well to get a dry, thick paneer tava.
