›   Soya chunks: 1-2 cups
›   Sunsip Tomato Crush: 250 gms.
›  Coriander seeds: 3-4 tsp.
›  Garam masala: 2-3 tsp.
›  Dried and red chilly crushed: 2-3 tbsp.
›  Turmeric powder: 1-2 tsp.
›  Dry methi: 3-4 tsp.
›  Salt to taste
› Black cumin seeds: 2-3 tsp.
› Ginger garlic paste: 1-2 tsp.
› Black cardamom: 1 crushed
› Oil: 2-3 tbsp. (as per taste)

Method of preparation

  1. Take 2-3 cups of water and boil the soya chunks with salt as per taste for about 10 mins.
  2. Take a pan, add 2-3 tablespoons of oil and heat it up. Add coriander and black cumin seeds to it and stir fry. Drain the Soya’s boiled water. Then, add the boiled soya chunks and fry for about 10-15 mins on low flame.
  3. Remove the friend chunks in a bowl. Add the tomato crush to the already used oil. Add salt, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, dried red chilly crushed and stir well. Add the boiled soya chunks and mix well. Then lower the flame for about 2 min. Garnish with methi and cover with lid for about 5 mins. Turn off the flame.
